Status lists

For large projects we compile lists with information about the tasks and the involved employees. Furthermore the project progress is calculated automatically.

ToDo lists

When having smaller projects, we are working with ToDo lists; every employee has his / her own list with task, that are sorted according to priority and desired completion date. The surveillance of the finished tasks of all lists is controlled via a central interface.
